Martyn’s Law: Prepared Not Scared
Wednesday 10th June | 09:30-10:00
With the Home Office guidance now published and the SIA consultation on the draft Section 12 statutory guidance underway, this webinar arrives at a critical moment in the journey towards implementation.
This webinar offers direct access to the two bodies at the centre of both the legislation and its regulation, the Home Office and the SIA, responding directly to questions submitted by attendees at the point of registration.
Designed to provide clarity on emerging requirements, this session will also help your organisation build confidence in understanding your responsibilities and obligations, alongside what you should be doing now to prepare.
The Format
The session will open with a 60-minute panel discussion, during which representatives from the UKCMA, the Home Office, and the SIA will respond directly to your questions. This will be followed by a 30-minute presentation from the SIA, focused on the consultation process surrounding the draft statutory guidance.
Your Questions Answered
When you register, you’ll be asked to submit your questions in advance. This is your chance to put the things that matter most to your organisation directly to the people shaping implementation.
Secure Your Place
Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
