Aberdeen International Youth Festival

AIYF celebrates its 40th year in 2012. AIYF is one of the world's largest multi-arts participatory festivals, consistently attracting the most exciting young artists, performers and performing companies from across the globe. Since it was established in 1973 AIYF has welcomed over 22,500 young artists from over 74 countries to North East Scotland. The Festival also showcases each year many talented young people from the local area and from across the rest of Scotland and UK.
